Fidos playground is a small company formed in 2009 by Susie Hunt, who originally wanted to open a daycare centre for dogs. The task of finding that specific and special location within central Barcelona is an ongoing job. Keeping flexible, Fido’s Playground turned its focus and sights to providing similar care, from the owner’s home.

Susie (BSc Hons) was born in Kenya to farming stock. Her main career in Zambia was the overall management, health and administration of her dairy farm and 30 horses. She chose to make a career and geographical change, and is now based in Barcelona, Spain. To continue working with animals and to put to good use her extensive experience, she decided to offer badly needed petcare from the centre of Barcelona.
