Susie took care of my two cats a couple of times during summer, and I am pretty happy to say that I have trusted her from the very
beginning, not only for her professional ability to take care of them, but also for her understanding of my fears as "pet owner". She is also
able to evaluate every situation and takes always the best decision for our friends. An example: two weeks ago we had an emergency and had
to travel for the weekend, so I made a last minute call to Susie and she arranged her packed agenda in order to help me, because she knew
that Kibu (the huge maine Coon) had a surgery the day before. Since she noticed that he was scratching the surgery wound, she decided to
stay longer and left just one hour before we were back.
Our cats love her and we all feel her positive energy!

I’ve been using Susie’s services for two years now and am incredibly happy. I tried catteries and another company who came to visit JC (my ginger tom) at home and he always looked a bit dishevelled and was grumpy when I came home. Whenever Susie looks after him however he always looks incredibly healthy and happy as if he hasn’t missed me at all! She always stays at least an hour with him, plays with him, brushes him and even gives him reiki! I know I can rely on Susie to do exactly as she says she will. Due to her great understanding of animals and ability to relate to them she is the perfect person for the job and it’s comforting to know that she’s doing this work because of her love for animals, and you can see this. I never have any problem with trust at all, in fact my house keys live with her full time! Her prices are very economical and I always have 100% peace of mind when I leave JC in her hands.
